Why is cellular health critical for your overall health? All health and/or disease starts in your cells. Health is the absence of disease and drugs. It is fitness, wellbeing, strength, vigor, and shape.
Why should your health routine and the products that you take for good health start with the cells? Your health supplement routine should start with the cells because cellular health is the FOUNDATION for health. If you were building a house, you wouldn’t use a foundation made of sand. If you did then everything else you built on that house would be in jeopardy. It’s the same with the body! Your cellular foundation is critical for every aspect of your health. If your cells are not healthy, your overall health is definitely at risk. Think of your cells as the foundation of your “house of health!” Understanding this is the single, most important step in insuring good health!
If you make sure your cells are healthy what does that mean for your overall health? It means you’ve maximized cellular repair and enhanced the function of your immune system. A properly functioning immune system keeps your body from being susceptible to disease. The healthier your cells are the less likely you are to become a victim of disease and the more you can fight and/or heal from disease. Therefore, whether you’re 3-months-old or 101-years-old your health strategy must start at the cellular level.
How do our cells work? Your body is made up of trillions of cells. Every day, millions of cells reproduce in your body. Some are healthy and some are in need of repair. Glutathione (GSH) is a necessary component of cellular repair.
How does Glutathione (GSH) work? GSH is the major antioxidant produced in the cell and necessary for our immune system to function properly. GSH protects the cell from harmful free radicals caused by pollutants, UV radiation etc. The importance of Glutathione cannot be overstated- it’s critical! The problem is a deficiency of health rather than a state of disease. Health and disease are incompatible. As you age, your levels of glutathione (GSH) are reduced. Today, literally everyone on the planet is suffering from an increasing toxic burden, further reducing your levels of intracellular glutathione (GSH) which leads to disease or cellular death.
Are toxins really a problem? Research shows that we are the first generation exposed to such an unprecedented number of chemicals on a regular basis. Today, a new chemical substance is found every 9 seconds of every workday. One million tons of chemicals were produced in the 1940’s. Now that figure is 400 million tons. Research shows we commonly come in contact with 4,000 ingredients, most of which are toxic and many carcinogenic. Toxins and chemicals are literally carried by winds around the world. What does that mean to you? While your body was designed to detoxify and rid itself of dangerous chemicals, it is not equipped to handle this barrage of toxins. The World Health Organization states “in the next 10 years 400 million people will die prematurely from chronic diseases like cancer, heart disease, etc. making it worse than ANY other natural disaster, epidemic etc. in the history of mankind.” Both the toxic overload and the deficiency in nutrients place our cells in crisis and our levels of intracellular glutathione (GSH) severely reduced resulting in disease.
In other words, research shows that the massive number of toxins combined with a deficiency in our nutrients has reduced our intracellular Glutathione (GSH) and placed our cells at-risk? YES, and it means that you MUST insure that your cells have enough intracellular glutathione (minimum of 70%). If not, the research clearly shows that you will become a victim of disease regardless of age. Research has shown that a cell with less than 70% reduced glutathione (GSH) will become diseased. It’s your choice- cellular health or disease!
What else do you need for your foundation for cellular health? In addition to glutathione, you need clustered water!
