1. How does the manufacturing of GSH Complex® differ from other whey proteins?
In the manufacturing of other whey proteins several things happen: in the process of heating and pasteurization critical bonds holding the cysteine molecules together are broken, thus destroying or diminishing the very proteins that serve to raise glutathione levels most effectively. We've developed a process by which these delicate proteins remain intact in their natural form to serve us most effectively.

2. What is the difference in taking GSH Complex® as opposed to taking other antioxidants?
Glutathione is produced intracellular, thus simply taking a pill or supplement does not increase one's levels of this master antioxidant. GSH Complex® is a natural delivery system from the cysteine to the cell, allowing the cellular levels of glutathione to increase.

3. Can a person who is lactose intolerant take the product?
Yes, GSH Complex® has less than 1% lactose which will not create ill effects, even in the most severe case of lactose intolerance.
 
4. Who should not take the product?
People with an allergy to milk protein, which is rare. Please note that "lactose intolerant" is not a milk allergy. Also anyone who has had an organ transplant and is receiving immunosuppressant therapy should not take the product.

5. Can I take GSH while taking medications?
Yes. GSH Complex® is not a medication; it is considered a food/nutraceutical.

6. What is the best way to mix GSH Isolate?

7. How long until I notice a positive change?
Every individual is different. We've found that generally our customers experience positive results within two to four weeks. Some will achieve positive results after sustained use on the product (i.e.; two to three months), which is why we recommend taking this product for an initial period of at least 90 days. We definitely recommend using GSH Complex® daily as a preventative measure to enhance your cellular health and well-being even if you already consider yourself in good health.

Vivo™ Clustered Water®

1.  What is the difference between Vivo™ and other energized or micro waters?
We now know that water has the ability to “store” information.  With this in mind, numerous companies have “energized” water in varying ways.  However, Vivo™ goes way beyond “energized” water products.  It is uniquely structured so that it can move through the body more easily – enhancing cell water turnover, and metabolic efficiency.  United States patent numbers 5711950 and 6033678, protect the unique Clustered Water® production process.

2.  What proof do you have that Clustered Water is truly distinct from all other waters?
Independent laboratory analysis by Shin Etsu Chemical Company in Japan, Associated Laboratories in California, and the French Academy of Sciences have used Oxygen-17 NMR, Raman Spectroscopy, and RJL bio-impedance tests to prove that our solutions maximize hydration and improve cell function (increased phase angle). Additionally, the Chinese Health Care Society recently performed controlled hospital studies on elderly patients and found significant physiological improvements in patient health. Additional testing has also been completed in these independent laboratories in the United States, France and China using Raman spectroscopy and Oxygen-17 NMR. 

3.  How much Vivo™ Clustered Water® should I drink and when?

4.  Can Vivo™ Clustered Water® be mixed with other drinks?
In order to receive maximum benefit, Vivo™ Clustered Water® should be taken alone.  It is recommended that the solution not be mixed with other liquids or foods, however, it is acceptable to take nutritional supplements.

5.  Will Vivo™ Clustered Water® interfere with my vitamin supplements or medications?
Clustered Water® is a delivery system. IT SEEMS TO ENHANCE THE UPTAKE OF MANY FACTORS YOU TAKE WITH IT (as shown in nutrient absorption observations in Olympic athletes). To be prudent, we recommend that Vivo™ Clustered Water® should NOT be taken with any form of medication at the same time. If you take medications, take them at least 30 minutes AFTER drinking Clustered Water®. On the other hand, Clustered Water® is the perfect complement to nutritional supplements. It may help them to be assimilated more quickly and efficiently into the body.

6.  Should children drink Vivo™ Clustered Water®?
Absolutely! According to the book, The Water Puzzle, babies are born with nearly 100% Hexagonal Water in their bodies.  Again is the process by which a baby’s cellular water loses its structure and becomes less biologically supportive.  Replenishing a child’s cells with Clustered Water® may help keep them healthy and vibrant.  Children under 12 years of age can drink between 2 and 4 ounces daily. Those with health concerns should start with less.

7. Can Clustered Water be used topically?
Yes! The water can be sprayed on minor cuts and scrapes, soaked into the pads of bandages, or simply put in a spray bottle for refreshment on hot or dry days.

8.  Why is it best to drink Vivo™ chilled?
Dr. John explains in the book, The Water Puzzle, that cold water has a tendency to have a greater abundance of six-sided structures.  In fact, refrigeration temperature (approximately 40 degrees F) offers the greatest stability for water clusters.  At this temperature, the cluster is maintained in its tightest, most stable form.

9. Will Clustered Water ever expire?
Yes! Vivo™ Clustered Water® is heat-stamp dated and labeled with the lot number to assure the freshness and quality. There is an approximate fifteen-month shelf life if stored properly. However, it is recommended that Clustered beverages be stored under 75 degrees Fahrenheit and out of direct sunlight to insure maximum effectiveness

10.  What about my pets?
We have had wonderful reports regarding dogs, cats, birds, and horses (and especially older animals). Serve our product in a plastic or ceramic container.

Synthovial 7®

1. Why do I need hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced by the body as a constituent of synovial fluid that lubricates the cartilage between the joints.  As we age the viscosity of the joint fluid breaks down and becomes thin and is unable to cushion the joint cartilage. This leads to increased friction and wear on the cartilage surfaces of the joints. Taking Synthovial Seven® helps to restore the normal viscosity of joint fluid and to maintain optimal joint function.  HA is the important element of skin tissue that allows the retention of skin moisture and functions as a lubricant between the connective tissues of the skin.  As we age, the presence of hyaluronic acid in the skin decreases, leaving the skin dry and wrinkled. 2. Is HA safe?
Since Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, taking small amounts of HA in our products should be of no health concern.

3. Are there any clinical studies that have been done with Hyaluronic Acid?

4.  Where does your Hyaluronic Acid come from?
Our acid comes from an extracellular protein produced by bacteria. Our products are not derived from any animal source. Hypersensitivity reactions should not be a concern. The weight of the molecule directly influences its "moisture-binding" capability, and Synthovial Seven® is the highest molecular weight HA on the market, which explains the results we have experienced.

5. Can your products be taken with glucosamine and chondroitin?
If you are already taking other supplements for joint health, taking Synthovial Seven® can supplement the effects by assisting with lubricating the cartilage in the joints. While HA is in the same "family" of glycosaminoglycans as glucosamine and chondroitin, it is unique in its restorative ability, and will often provide improvement, where glucosamine and chondroitin have failed to do so.
